I have a lower fee for postage if you order the DVD without the plastic box.
With box, the postage is USD 6.50
Without box, postage is USD 3.00
What I do is I open the plastic wrapped box, put the DVD in a lightweight folder and ship DVD+DVD cover+bonus in a sturdy envelope, so the weight is cut in half and so is the postage. Use your own DVD plastic box when it arrives!
